LG Innotek showcases new base products at KPCA showcase

LG Innotek claims Wednesday the company is doing an international trade show when substrates and chip products technologies to showcase their own newest products and technologies.

The robotic parts supplier of LG Group exhibited three services — 5G Antenna into Package, RF-System in Is and Chip On Layer of the eye — at the Korea International reach and international Electronic Circuits and Boxes Show 2021 that quit a three-day run inside of Songdo, Incheon on Wed.
